iRobot reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Program if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason.
Eligibility
The Program is open to schools and nonprofit organizations who:
iRobot shall review and determine, in its sole discretion, whether an application meets the eligibility criteria to participate in the program. Participation is limited to one application per school or nonprofit organization site.
Application
To apply for the Donation Program, please visit the website located at: edu.irobot.com/educator-giving-programs/donation-program and submit an application prior to TBA (Applications Closed for 2022) at 11:59 PT. An application must be submitted by an individual eighteen (18) years of age or older that is authorized to submit the application on behalf of the school or nonprofit organization. Applicants must not include any minor’s personal information in the application.
Donation Awards
There will be a total of 25 donation recipients chosen by iRobot in its sole discretion. Each recipient will be awarded:
Donation recipients will be notified by email and posted on the iRobot Education website at edu.irobot.com/donation-program. Chosen recipients are responsible for claiming the donation within the Claim Period or the donation will be forfeited. The donation award will be for the recipient school or nonprofit organization and cannot be transferred.
Application Release
All applications must be the sole, original work of the applicant. Applications should not contain any third-party materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, or other intellectual property right. Applications will become the property of iRobot and each applicant grants to iRobot a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display the application or any portion thereof in any media, without notice or any compensation, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit and create derivative works therefrom. The applicant agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at iRobot’s reasonable request.
Acceptance of the donation award constitutes permission to use the name of the applicant, the name of the school or nonprofit organization, their likenesses, and their application for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation.
