• Complete our iRobot Education web training.
• Provide feedback on 5 activities per academic year (survey provided).
• Contribute 2 activities per academic year to our Learning Library.
• Submit 1 blog post on the Root coding robot in your learning community, or a related topic.
• Contribute to our online educator community.

If iRobot confirms your eligibility and accepts your application, then you will receive:

• One (1) Root Coding Robot on loan
• One (1) School ID for access to premium content
• Early access to new features, products and opportunities
• iRobot Education web-training and accompanying certification
• One (1) 50% off iRobot Education discount code
• Access to the online Educator Community

If iRobot confirms your eligibility and accepts your application, then you will also be able to:

• Receive support from the iRobot Education team when hosting professional development sessions.
• Receive highlights on iRobot Education's social media accounts.
• Participate in case studies.
• Have the chance to renew your status at the close of the season, and become eligible to apply for the Advisor Team.

• Formal educators: classroom or homeschool teachers, technology coordinators or coaches, administrators, district specialists, etc.
• Informal education specialists: Museum educators, librarians, etc.
• Education consultants, college instructors and pre-service teachers.
• At this time, the iRobot Education Ambassador Program is only available to eligible candidates in North America.

To apply to join the Insider Team, an application must be submitted by an individual eighteen (18) years of age or older. Applicants must not include any minor’s personal information in the application. iRobot shall review and determine, in its sole discretion, whether an application meets the eligibility criteria to participate in the program. Candidates will be notified by email.

All applications must be the sole, original work of the applicant. Applications should not contain any third-party materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, or other intellectual property right. Applications will become the property of iRobot and each applicant grants to iRobot a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display the application or any portion thereof in any media, without notice or any compensation, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit and create derivative works therefrom. The applicant agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at iRobot’s reasonable request.

Acceptance of the position constitutes permission to use the name of the applicant, the name of the school or nonprofit organization, their likenesses, and their application for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation.

• Contribute 2-4 activities per academic year to our Learning Library.
• Submit 2 blog posts on Root in your learning community, or a related topic.
• Contribute to our online educator community.

If iRobot confirms your eligibility and accepts your application, then you will receive:

• Represent iRobot at local and national STEM events, workshops and conferences.
• Contribute to or host professional development webinars for other educators.
• Receive highlights on iRobot Education's social media accounts.
• Co-host on-site iRobot Education testing events.
